The Kaharagia Document Verification Portal is an official service provided by the Principality of Kaharagia to verify the authenticity of documents issued by Kaharagian government authorities. The Service allows users to verify documents by entering document details or scanning QR codes.

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for:

• Verifying the authenticity of documents you possess or have lawful access to
• Legitimate business or personal purposes
• Purposes consistent with applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to verify documents you do not have authorization to verify

• Use the verification results for fraudulent purposes

5. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access and prevent abuse, the Service implements rate limiting. Users are limited to a reasonable number of verification requests per time period. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate verification results, the Service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of verification results. Verification results reflect the status of documents at the time of the query and may not reflect subsequent changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Principality of Kaharagia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Principality of Kaharagia and its officials, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
